Food Ministry

There are several options for food in the Bethlehem Community for the less fortunate. 

  • Benevolent Office
  • Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church Food Pantry
  • Blessing Boxes located at Mt. Bethel Methodist Church and Bethlehem Elementary School

Mt. Pisgah Food Pantry

The Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church houses the Good Samaritan Food Pantry at their location, 9379 NC Hwy 127, Hickory, NC 28601. 

The Food Pantry is open on Monday's from 3pm - 5pm and Fridays from 1pm - 3pm. 

Blessing Box

Mt. Bethel Methodist Church provides a Blessing Box for the Bethlehem Community.  The Blessing Box is located in the North parking lot of the church, near the drive way to the Child Development Center (back of the church). 

At Mt. Bethel, we firmly believe in helping and supporting the less fortunate in our community and we strive to keep the Blessing Box filled with food and/or toiletry items.
